ОтветитьI’ve only been doing this every other day or every 2 days for 3 weeks now and omg I actually have lost a good amount of weight and my stomach looks toned asf. I haven’t weighed myself but I’m fitting in clothes that were too tight just a week ago! And I have a BAD binge eating problem and I’m STILL losing weight what the heckk 🫶🏽🫶🏽I appreciate this video so much Adrian💓 I was extremely sore the first couple of days but looking up calve stretches I felt brand new and the the workout starting getting easier and easier as the days went on. Now I can actually keep up with the pace, and I catch myself being in synch with Adrian! 10/10 would recommend this video to anyone tryna get in shape, loose weight quick, tone up, and even build endurance🙌🏾🤞🏽

I am eating a lot less but still the amount i need yo function. Im going to do this every day this week and the next i cant wait for the results. ✅

You need time and effort to get into your dream shape its not that easy BUT NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE you HAVE to get out of your comfort zone to become the best version of yourself and you what stopping you from that? YOU its you that stopping yourself from conquering everything. I am genuinely saying this KEEP UP WITH THIS EXERCISE MATE YOU CAN DO IT!

Hi adrian ive been doing doing this workout for 8 days. Im down by 4.1kg so far. I was on a healthy diet. But today im trying new diet which i can eat everything around 1000 cals with 20:4 intermittent fasting. I will update it tomorrow
ОтветитьMy friend i gave this a try ive been doing it for a week now and it definitely works. I do it all the way to the end. I also eat a whole chicken a day a lot of water and black coffee. I mix it with my own routine of excercise and it works perfect for me. Thank you😅

Day 1: OMG IM DYING 😅 I did it at my own pace and I am sweating like crazy! I wanted to give up various times but stayed strong and didn’t. Obviously no results so far.
Day 2: Just finished! I was at 24 minutes when all of a sudden my mom called me.. I was busy for like an hour but came back to it! I can feel the ab pain kicking in 🔥💪

No this is not cap, when i start doing chair burpees, i start counting my numbers while doing it and once i finish my number i start getting a extra 20-10 break, im wanna do this every weekdays but i don’t if it’s a good idea. My number is 25, 30 and 35
Its been like 4yrs since I actually worked out. And being 33 and at least 275lbs, I just told myself that it's to late. But seeing this work out. I believe I can. I work at a closed building since covid hit and it's still closed. I'm comments now as I just finished whole entire video. I work security with a vest and gun.

Currently 100kg gained 30kg from alcoholism and eating shit everytime I'm drunk. It's extremely upsetting and I've booked an appointment with the doc to sort this out once and for all.
