Non of these steps worked and if you're using a work pc you can't run command prompt as admin. Just make sure your settings are correct in Teams.
Settings > Notifications > "Play sound for incoming calls and notifications" should be ticked.

This didn't work for me but I wanted to thank you for the video anyway. Thumbs up. Your video is detailed well and easy to follow. My only suggestion is to add how to run as admin for the cmd prompt. I looked it up and know how, just saying, as a suggestion. Now that I've tried every suggestion I found on the Net, I'll have to learn to live without it. Who can afford a tech? Not me.
