1.ANY suggestions on how to get started as a CS engineering graduate with no prior experience in the PM field at all, if NOT interested in handling 'CS' related projects at all but interested in the PM field ??
Should one get a CAPM certification first ? Or get into a PM course and do the PMP directly despite the 4 years of bachelors in engineering already?
2. Does one need ANY sort of working experience(engineering related jobs) before taking up any PM courses ? Does that guarantee more success ?
