I have an LS2, 6.0 liter, in a c6 corvette. I was kind of confused with the 6.0 recipe. I have a stage 4 cam, with supporting mods. And I’m not touching 500hp. I never dynoed but I’m pretty sure I am not near 500

RANDOM QUESTION for all who come across. I have a stock 5.3 bottom end, and I'll take the top end off of my LS1 from a 02 camaro, to go into the camaro. EVERYTHING STOCK, no upgrades, intake, injectors, all from a stock Z28. I plan to use a computer form a Tahoe. Is there a better route I can take just for it to run smoothly?

It has the sloppy stage 2 cam but I only have 862 heads how will this compare to the use of 317's will I lose a on top end or just not make as much power or what? Thank for you input.

Can you use stock 5.3l lm7 push rods with Brian tooley stage 1 cam? I just bought new springs, pushrods, lifters, and upgraded rockers with bearing kit.

sir can I have your thoughts on my rebuilt engine issue ..

I bought a rebuilt engine from a guy who rebuild performance ls engines .. it's lq (not sure is it 4 or 9) 6.0 with flat pistons / 243 heads (stock) / btr double springs 660 / gt11 cam 215/230 118 lsa / stock intake / stock throttle / stock injectors .. I droped it in a 2001 tahoe with manual swap ( t56 / came out of gto) / 1/7/8 longtube speed engineering headers / 3in y pipe / stock exhaust / stock muffler / I have set of 285/17/65 and a tune of course (a reputable tuning workshop in my region = middle east ) .. It did really bad on dyno (1st = 293hp // 2nd =310 hp) I forget the torque figures since a friend took it to dyno .. when it was tuned the car was on 3.08 gears ,, then after the tune it did get a 4.10 gears .. it is way to sluggish down low it barely gets up even with gears 4.10 .. you can feel the power/torque at 4000 rpm and beyond but I scarcely drive at that range .. the engine doesn't leak or burn oil / and I did a compression cylinder test / all cylinders gave a round 170 psi .. do you think I should get it retuned or does it definitely need a cam swap or is it a bad/faild rebuild ?? ..
I do suspect the cam / but many heavier pickups and SUVs use the same gt11 cam and zo6 cams (with wider lsa) in lq and ls3 engines and they got good results and they are satisfied with low end performance

For the money sloopy2 cost and power it makes, is still better than the others.

What combinations of HP adders should I go with on a LY5 5.3L. I already have headers, volant intake, free flow exhaust and tune from Blackbear? Im trying to add more HP while still having it as a relaiable daily driver

So currently I have a sloppy stage 2, long tubes, valve springs and a street tune in my tbss. Idk how much hp I'm making but it doesn't even feel like 400whp any suggestions? I still have the stock converter btw

A good ls engine to get is a L77 aluminum 6.0 with flat tops and square port head's. A lot cheaper then ls3
