i do everything like you but when i "match the rig" in pose mode, i can only move the rig, the mesh don't follow... it's arsh ^^

You are far better off spending the time to learn manual rigging
If you want to do it automatically than learn a program like Cascadia

Trust me you will thank me once you see what a proper weight painted
