My thighs are very fat😢😢😢😢😢. So how could I be able to do this perfectly😢😢😢.
Why i got fat. If i didn't got fat, i didn't have to do so much exercises 😖😭😭. Why can't I get slim thighs and calves at any cost like others gets. It hurts so good

Day 1-done it didn't pain that much after exercise but after 4-5 hours i can't even lift my leg
Day 2-my legs were paining but i did it
Day 3 and 4 -i skipped because my legs were paining so much
Day 5 -done
The left it incomplete my leg got fractured

I got big genetic calves. They are my biggest insecurity. Im not that concious of my other parts. Can my calves get slim if i workout? I searched for ans in Google at it said that it can't be😢

Hailey my biggest step were the both calves and thighs workouts that u made thank you * instead of the squats in this workout I'm doing leg scissors is it fitting ?cuz squats as I've read makes thighs bigger so what's your advice 💟✨??

Doing this today and for 2 months (thighs:26.3) I'm not completely sure 😭 cause i never measured before but I'll know how much i lost. (I'm doing 10/25/30 minutes running a day 1/2 times and
3 of these exercises and search on google what one u wanna add on so it's four exercises and 10/25/30 minutes of running if u wanna do my routine I rlly like mine lol
Day 1:✅didn't do all of it but did some and i don't see any changes obviously I'll do all of it tomorrow.

Day 2:✅i didn't realize it would burn so much.

Day 3:❌

Day 4:✅ I did it and 3 days so far and I lost 0.5cm :).

Day 5: ✅ exhausted

Day 6:✅It was alr i feel like I lost some of it :) (0.6Cm) <33:))

Day 7:✅I lost another 0.4cm!! :)) <33 so so far I been doing it for a week and I lost 1.4Cm<33 it might not look a lot but it's alright but I have a little bit more confidents

1/2:✅it was alright I guess js really tired lol.

2/2:✅Im starting school tmrw first day 😭 and i idk when i have PE but hopefully not soon.. Oh and btw im exhausted😩

It was very easy but I was sweating 😅

One week review:it deff got my thighs to be less curvy and my inner thigh to be more thinner but keep in mind I was doing two work-outs everyday one is this and the other one they both worked preety good my rating for this would be 6.5/10 I will be doing this for another week and seeing if it makes me more thin but actually I don't see much change
