Doing this today and for 2 months (thighs:26.3) I'm not completely sure 😭 cause i never measured before but I'll know how much i lost. (I'm doing 10/25/30 minutes running a day 1/2 times and
3 of these exercises and search on google what one u wanna add on so it's four exercises and 10/25/30 minutes of running if u wanna do my routine I rlly like mine lol
Day 1:✅didn't do all of it but did some and i don't see any changes obviously I'll do all of it tomorrow.
Day 2:✅i didn't realize it would burn so much.

Day 4:✅ I did it and 3 days so far and I lost 0.5cm :).

One week review:it deff got my thighs to be less curvy and my inner thigh to be more thinner but keep in mind I was doing two work-outs everyday one is this and the other one they both worked preety good my rating for this would be 6.5/10 I will be doing this for another week and seeing if it makes me more thin but actually I don't see much change
