Thanks for this! It annoys me that these companies don't have simple 'how to' videos on their site. They always link to pages of text that are totally overwhelming if you aren't used to doing it, but one decent video like this makes everything really simple.

What if you don't already have a domain name? How do you get that?

Hey, I recently moved over from Bluehost (who handeled my email, domain, and hosting). Now I moved my email to zoho, however, in order to do so, I deleted all the emails from bluehost to make things as simple as possible and continued with your setup process.

Problem being, when I created a new email with Zoho under the same name (support@...), the emails from wordpress are not coming through anymore although it is the same email name. What should I do?

Zoho makes decent products for they money you pay (or not pay), but let's face it: the UI is horrible, the aps are buggy, the emails end quite often in spam even if you do everything right, the support is bad (there's tones of reviews on that). But that's what you get for the lower price I guess. All their aps seem slightly unpolished.

This was very informative, but if I have to delete Cloudflare's MX records, it'll only limit me to 5 emails in total free. Also 5GB/user means a total of 5GB which can be stored at once or total of 5GB is available? So if I delete older emails I can send more.

Is it possible to have more than one domain within one account? I have a couple different domains that I want to migrate to Zoho Free Email service. Do I need to open a new account for each domain? Thanks

Thanks, that was really useful. I'm hosting my site with hostinger but I wanted a separate email provider to avoid the headache of having to migrate my email address if I decided to change. The free plan from zoho offers 5GB of space against only 1BG in hostinger, so it's definitely a win-win situation.

What if I change the Host, how can I verify again?

IMAP/ POP/ Active Sync are not included in the free plan} as written in zoho mail description.
