This is not a Tyrant. It's still wearing it's restriction coat. The hand is also normal too. Once the coat comes off. Then it's in it tyrant stage. Not to mention it's a different parasite used in the creation.

I love how nonchalantly the Tyrant catches the first Licker and just pops the head, then does that slow, menacing turn to look at his next target. Truly Godlike.
