Question; let’s say you wanna connect an external chatbot you built with Flowise. From what I understand you have to create the API via a USER? Would you create a dummy user for that model so it’s easier to delete or add APIs per connection request?

Maybe you know, do you confirm rights in the API or external source/chatbot? Example; customer is logged into their customer portal in odoo, and talks to a Conversational Chabot Q&N. If they wants details of something their account, would limited access to own documents be applied in API or back at the chatbot or other external apps?
