U know, i always thought that this scene right here would be a great start to newer story apart from this.. a man forced to kill a young mans father, learns that it was a huge mistake along all the countless other sins, and tries to correct this one despite being a horrible man. This sorta story idea reminds me of vinland saga. (Spoilers*)



The Man ends up raising the boy whos father he killed, turned him cold hearted tough and strong, in a world where being weak would have your life taken at given opportunity.. only until the end where despite growing oddly attached to this man, and his only reason of being alive is killing the man who killed his father, would end up dying in the same room as him.. he loses all purpose until he has to find it again in the second season.. the same lesson applies " vengeance is a fools game", and even despite the pain one could inflict upon this earth, if they have a change of heart, one can still do " a loving act" despite being full of hate and sin..

Arthur's dramatic change from the beginning to the end really shows you like him at the beginning, but you love the guy for who he is at the end, a respectable man that everyone would love to be.
