ОтветитьI made this tonight for dinner and my husband as well as me just loved it ! I put new potatoes in with the pork and cooked them together. The seasonings from the pork transferred to the potatoes. They were scrumptious ! I WILL be making this again. As a matter of fact, I might make up a bunch of the rub, stick it in a bottle and mark it “meat seasoning”. It would be good on beef and chicken I think ! My husband agreed and he’s a hard sell !

ОтветитьLove pork tenderloin! Such an easy cheap piece of meat to cook and is sooo tender and delicious once you get the temperature and timing right. It's easy to overcook it, but once you get it right, it'll come out perfect every time! Sometimes i'll roast potatoes in the same pan, so they soak up some of the flavor of the pork
ОтветитьMade this tonight. Took a little longer than 15 min to get to 145 deg F., but it was good and tender. Roasted some potato wedges with onions and cherry tomatoes.
