Your product is awful

These headphones are one of the worst bits of modern tech I've used. I have to do this process every month or so with my girlfriends headphones. Meanwhile I paired my airpods 5 years ago and have never had a problem since.

The best thing you can do; is throw these things in the trash, I just smashed mine with a shovel, I rather save myself time and skip frustration. These things always de sync

It’s great when you do all these steps and then Indy doesn’t come on the be able to connect with on Bluetooth, your headphones power off and your stuck in the same cycle!

How to reset if the touch is not working?

TAP FAST. I was tapping them gingerly and slowly 4 times. Tap it like u mean it, 1 2 3 4 boom.

the headphones are very cheap but excellent quality for their age and price, idk why yall complaining because you get what you pay for... these headphones are way better than my airpods

Skullcandy is becoming a pain in my a**!!

For anyone who only has one earbud working, I fixed it by just brute forcing them in and out of the case repeatedly and spamming the buttons. Eventually they paired.

It is important to keep repeating step 5 until the earbud turns off. You will know because the red light will come on. Sometimes my hands are cold and this seems to affect the "touch" sensitivity.

Worst earbuds I have ever purchased.

Mine just keep going back to flashing red and blue, I've done everything right

Atleast it helped me tho, and also one tip I can tell you guys is once you do that and if it doesn't solve, reinstall the app, that way it will solve the problem 99.9% sure.

This is so frustrating, I've executed all these steps and still only one bud will work at a time. Each time I've done it they buds will switch working from right to left. Please build a better product. I'm never buying your items again
