to whom ho has only one row at outlook's mapping window like as 'name,email,cell number etc.'
Open your .csv file in Word. Do you see millions of ; instead of , (comma) ? This is the reason that I personally found. Replace all ; marks with , because outlook doesn't recognize ; mark. Save your file and try to import again. My one worked well.

Once I add the csv file into the outlook. What if I want to add more contacts ?

I need to import it again? And can I continue into the existing file into my computer add new ?

My Outlook does not look like that! There is no option for 'File' anywhere.
