This Challenge does several things. Firstly there is no health regen except for LOW Condition Recovery, Stims, and Crafted Food(Excluding Birch Bark Tea). The Revolver is available. Harvestable ​​Plants are set at LOW as is Container Item Density. Deer and Rabbit Spawns are LOW, Wolves are set Very Hight(stalker quantities) and Smell & Detection Range Has been Maxed Out..
