My website dont work anymore and i buoght it Yesterday , when i open it it says Privacy error. How can i fix that?

Should I buy the domain for 5 years or should I start with buying it for 1 year, and then renewing it when it expires, or do I have to pay a fee if I renew it?

The domain shows Rs.1 PKR ... and when I add it to cart without protection and without business email it become Rs. 2599 PKR. Why?
