We love Anthony Anderson

I was raised on the east coast,I love the west coast especially LA I live in the area where the Woolsey fire started in 2018.
But the only thing that I noticed about people in LA is that when there's a disaster like the Northridge earthquake in 1994 and the Woolsey fire in 2018 .
A lot of people supported those who was in immediate need of help,rich, poor, illegal or not everyone pulled their weight in assisting the best that they can.
But as soon as they rebuild /back on their feet again, no one else matter not even the first responders until there's another situation when help is needed.
Why can't we always be caring and neighborly always and not only when there's a situation?
