And he did it with a revolver.
That's because revolvers can actually fire FASTER than semi autos due to the time it takes for a semi auto to make the forward and back motion of the slide mechanism and complete the shell ejection process when rapid firing. Revolvers don't use a slide mechanism and don't eject empty shells. That design difference is what allows revolvers to have a faster rate of fire.
