I think the O-line was the problem in all 3 plays in these highlights. There is a defender in his face, at his feet, or a lineman pushed back towards Jimmy G about 2 seconds after the snap. That is the recipe for a bad play no matter who the QB is.

It's a catch 22 situation. Jimmy G is a very average QB who is better at 3-step drop, quick passes. His O-Line sucks which makes him very below average. It ain't rocket science.
