yeah its part true but in the newest version you need to build real ships afterall for landing and defending convoys and stop spam landing in the latest version the Ai is upgraded to spam land everywhere and you need a fleet to stop it .

I have no idea what to do navy when playing as french i just put the ship nothing work then i put naval bomber somehow it did well

When I play Italy my navy us like this: during Ethiopian war I place mines in the western Mediterranean, the invade france early, use bombers and mines to resist the france navy, cap them and take their navy, then absolutely destroy the British because my navy is bigger, then take their navy, do the same with the us before they rearm. I’m u stoppable now

I mean I do manufacture ships but only bc it's rhe only thing I can do with the dockyards I get from the game start and annexing.

I spam subs and when I have a good amount of dockyards I just start going crazy, I have no idea how to make ships so I just add everything I can and make the largest most expensive ships ever

To be fair, naval bombers use up your mils. And don't have the range to truly isolate Japan. Whereas a sufficiently good navy can destroy their navy, their convoys, and leave you with enough production to produce a decent army with which to do an invasion.
