I use minoxidil and finasteride I just started the finasteride after about three years of only minoxidil it was like throwing a supercharger on just using minoxidil unfortunately I'm not sure why by biotin supplements give me a massive headache so I do not take that rather I just try and eat green spinach everyday

Most people don't know but biotin deficiency is rare.

Research natural alternatives / equivalents like Rosemary oil, peppermint oil, nettle root, saw palmetto, micro needling, etc.

Biotin does not do anything.

Saw palmetto has very few side effects and is a lower potency than finasteride.

Once I got better after covid, I have seen that my hair was falling out more than usual. In order to tackle this problem I decided to make some positive changes. I at first boosted my nutrition by including more protein and nutrients. Furthermore, I also did some additional changes. I began walking for 20 minutes every day to keep myself active, and I engaged in daily meditation for 10 minutes to manage my stress levels. In addition to these changes, I added the use of littleextraa's cocoonion hair oil into my routine. I applied it twice a week and left it on for 5 hours before rinsing it off with their gentle and natural shampoo and conditioner. Moreover, I began having a shot of amala juice every morning. Furthermore, I decided to cut down on smoking and drinking intake. I now only indulge once per month for socializing. Thanks to all of these adjustments, my hair fall reduced. I want to express my gratitude to everyone for their help. ❤️

I've been using the Littleeextras cocoonion shampoo and conditioner for hair fall control for about 3 months, and it has changed my unhealthy hair significantly.
I initially began with the conditioner and saw a huge improvement. Then, I added in the shampoo cleanser, and oil and it's even more effective.
I do not face hair loss problem now.

Biotin and Minoxidil sound good but I am not sure about Finasteride. Not very confident with all the side effects people have been reporting. Anyone here who has experience using Finasteride?

Honest question: I used a shampoo that caused a significant amount of hair fall out. Ironically the shampoo was for hair loss. I’m able to see my scalp now. Will I recover the hair I lost bc of the shampoo?! Seems like the very stuff to promote hair even causes it to fall….

I Myself, stopped doing these mistakes & this caused the hair's health becoming healthier with out any hair fall:
Mistake A. Allowing oil applied to my scalp for an extended period of time... Instead Just keep the oil applied for three to four hours just.
Mistake B. Massaging the oil vigorously on my scalp. Instead, rub it softly.
Mistake C. Using hair oil in excess. Rather Use less quantity but spread it more.
Mistake D. Neglecting to de-tangling hair before oiling. Rather opt for a dual-tooth neem wood comb.
Mistake E. Washing my hair right away after oiling. Instead allow for three to four hours and than only wash ur hair.
Mistake F. I was using harsh shampoo, oil, conditioner. Rather use mild, natural ones only. For example, I personally switched to littleextra cocoonionn antihair fall kit and it solved my hair issues.

When ever I used to shampoo my hair, I'd notice at least of 40 to 60 strands of hair on my bathroom's floor and additional on the towel and separate throughout the day...I'm just of 20 yrs and my hair line had started to recede. I have experienced the transformation. Over the last 10 weeks, I've been adding rosemary oil to the cocooonion hairoil by litttlextra and using it weekly. During the application, I carefully rub it for about 6 minutes, and subsequently I let it sit for a few hours before shampooing. The results have been encouraging improvements in my hair growth, and I've also observed a nice decrease in hair fall. I have also added the use of a neem wooden comb alongside this routine, which seems to have amplified the overall results.

Thanks for this video. I was dealing with an intense hairfall over the last twelve months. In the past, I had voluminous and lengthy hair. But, over time, my hair experienced half the volume. I had a significant stressful period throughout 2 to 3 months. Eventually, a poor diet had also come across. So, I improved my diet and began consuming more from vegetables and nuts. I started practicing yoga sessions and meditation everyday to lessen my stress levels.
