Is it possible to freeform locs with shoulder length hair or is it preferably better to start with shorter hair? I started my freeform journey last week but I keep it tied up for work, does that affect the freeform process??

I used some curl gel, and the sponge; and twisted all the coils to lock. It looks fye! Can’t wait till it gets longer.
