Traktor 3 on sale Half Price June 2023 .....

Traktor. Running S4, Rane Twelve MKII, and F1 and sometimes use Launchpad. setup exceeds anything my son and I could ever come up with. The remix decks options are literally limitless.

Serato is vastly better than traktor.
Virtual dj is vastly better than traktor.

Serato Studio were that Scenes can only be set to 1-8 bars. If you were able to make them 1-16 bars I think it would allow us to get more variety to your tracks. Really guys? 8 bars max. ???? 2023 !!! Hello ?

I have a question someone might be able to help me with... So I have 2xcdj2000s and a Denon dnx1600, I've never utilized the DNX1600's midi capability so when it comes to these programs, I've seen some guys in clubs have some sort of external box that connects from the equipment to it than to the computer....can anyone help me with this? Excuse my ignorance. I've been die hard traditional from day one and it's only recently I've switched from vinyl to cdjs so when it comes to all this software, I'm a bit lost

Thank you!!! That was an excellent overview of two main ecosystems. My good friend is getting started and I was helping him get setup... he chose Serato specific gear. I thought maybe I'd better get in myself so I can help him but I'm neck deep in Native Instruments and I love it... I'm going with Traktor of course but that's the last piece of gear I need to complete my Native world for now. Thanks for the info!

I've been using Serato Pro for over a year. I have no complaints, it does everything I want. I am considering an upgrade in equipment to the Traktor Kontrol S4, however. My question, can I transfer all cue points I have created in Serato to Traktor?

i just don’t get why is it so hard to simply play samples in traktor

I have been using Traktor since 2000 when it first came out. Their evolution is just amazing.... DVS quality, effects quality, UI, customization for me is the best. Yes, if you like Traktor stick to Traktor designed controllers NI ones or something like Denon MC6000.

How is Tracktor Pro 3 only 99$ That assumes you have Tracktor2 Pro - if you don't, you need yo pay 599$. An important point to leave out, don't you think?

Serato Pro and DVS came with my Numark Scratch, unless you're moving from Serato Lite to Pro all you'll have to buy is whatever add-ons you want. I paid $60 for all the FXs, P'n'T and Flip. I'd love to try out Trakkor but it wouldn't work with the hardware I've had and NI's hardware offering, while good are pretty limited. With the DVS thing it sounds like my Scratch + Rp8000Mk2 might work with Trakkor. I need to look into that. I don't like Rekordbox much, and VDJ's too expensive. But I'd like something besides Serato to play around with. I also need to read up and see if it has a feature similar to Serato Flip, I love Flip a lot.

I can't think of any Serato enabled hardware that doesn't come with Serato, so who actually buys the software? And if you need a mixer hell a $500 Numark Scratch comes with Pro+DVS, a pretty good deal imho.

Haven't used Tracktor in about 6 years, but I absolutely LOVED Traktor, but their lack of support for aftermarket hardware made me switch to Serato. If they could, or would make their software work with virtually everything, like Virtual dj, I would most likely switch back in a minute. I bought a Numark NS6II when they were first released and HAD to switch to Serato, thinking that within five to six months, someone would have come out with a mapping for it......... here I am several YEARS later, still waiting. Ready to buy a new controller, but not satisfied with any of the hardware that works with Traktor. 🙁

I'd much rather buy ONE program, and that's it. No gimmicky add-ons.
Quite unfortunately, TP3 hasn't been reliable....

i love traktor about 14 years never play with serato.

I love Traktor for its very creative Remix decks and FX Units. You can create and map macro FX and do so much more!
