It's been about a year since I've ran, so I decided to follow a Couch to 5K program, and I'm so glad I found this! As someone who is a former Peloton member, I can say that this instructor is on the same level as the Peloton instructors. She's engaging and keeps you motivated the entire time. Well done! I just finished week 1, and I'm already looking forward to starting week 2.

I'm starting this tomorrow at the gym. Im nearly 50 and need to train for a 5k run I decided to do next February 😮 this will be the first time I've done running since school. January 10th is the goal to get the 5k done!!

So we do this 1 for the first week and then week 2 etc? 5 days each week? Love this did it today after being sick for several days and I kicked ass

I invested in a treadmill and myself and hubby did our first workout with you ,wow amazing going to try and do all the program over the 9 weeks 💪🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ ❤

My first time on this channel and I absolutely loved it. This is the first time in a long time, I went to the gym to run. You encouraged me to keep pushing and keep running. Workout completed.

Just finished day 3🎉🎉

I used to run when my oldest was little. She’s 16 now and I’m finally able to afford a treadmill!

Thanks to your motivation I have managed to do this!
Beforehand I’d managed a short jog at 6kph max. Now I’m doing 7, then 7.4 and 8 for the last too runs!
I’ve never sweated so much!

Can’t wait for next week!!

Also any asthmatics out there? You can do this! I can!

Thank you for creating this. I've tried running, but each attempt my knees would start hurting and I couldn't continue. However with your videos, I am managing to continue running w/o knee pain. I guess I just needed a plan. By spring time 2023 in Florida, I will be ready to participate in one of the local runs. Thank you so much!

I'm in my early 50s and have never really been in shape. I started working out three times a week, but don't seem to be getting where I want to be so I decided I would add in the couch 2 5K as an added workout on my off days. I really enjoyed the workout and I'm looking forward to the rest of the series

While I couldn't keep up and had to stop 10 minutes in due to feeling light headed I loved the overall experience. I will continue watching this video from the beginning to see if I can make it further than I did before. Thank you so much for these videos

I have decided to follow this series for my cardio workouts (i do cardio 2x a week and weight train for 3). This was perfect…it was very easy for me and I loved the motivation talks throughout. My treadmill said that I burned around 180 calories and did a distance of 1.75. Also, I decided to up my speed by two for every running interval just to push myself even more😊

Will this help with weightloss or do i need todo this more then 3 days a week i do other workouts as welp just want to make sure im doing enough walking to help .. i did my first today i was alittle nervous but way better then i thought i prob could of went longer then a min each jog /light run but paceing my self 😊 and when we get to week 9 what do we do after do we just keep doing week 9 or do we start again to keep loosing the weight ?
