ОтветитьBro, not all of us have a gym like you. Or can go to the gym. Most of the excercises you give are using machines which isn t available to everybody. Please consider the people who are trying to get healthy but are poor

Eh, I don't really care about "well developed" ab muscles. I mean, who's going to see them? I'm more interested in getting slender (as I've always been fat; of course, I'm now in my 40s, so it might not even be possible at this point in my life). Once I went on a 1200-calorie-a-day diet and got down to a BMI of around 23 and my doctor said that I shouldn't lose any more weight but do exercises like crunches to build up my core, but you're saying that I'm going to have to go on a low-calorie diet (perhaps even lower than 1200 calories a day) again to do it? (I didn't like it at all when I went that low, as I was often weak and would sometimes collapse. Of course, now, I'm eating 1600 calories a day and am back up to a BMI around 28.)
