Hey if I already have emails for abandoned cart do I need SMS marketing for abandoned cart to or should I do SMS abandoned cart instead of klaviyo email.

Are we allowed to use the same automation system you have set in the US? When going to set it up, I see this message: "US guidelines allow 1 message per abandoned checkout. It must be sent within 48 hours of the checkout and must include opt-out text. Learn more."

Hi, just one thing though. We require phone numbers from our customers so that we can contact them when delivery guy is there. How is the delivery guy going to contact them if they don't give a phone nember. Also, we cater to Indian audience and in India there is no data policy in place - no gdpr is followed
