It was so hard for me, i have a cold and feeling really tired today but i decide to do it anyway, i stopped at 15 minute and made some abs workout for 10 minutes then i continue on this one. At the end my brain wanted to keep continue but my legs were so numb i did some parts without jumping but i did it and my body feels amazing. Thank you for this workout 😍😍😍
