I am battling an evil spirit that gave me amnesia to my whole life and simulated a best friend abusing me and sexually abused me 247 and whenever my sister talks it translates her message into shaming and indecent meanings and trauma based mind control, they want me to snap. I am not sure how to cope. I know I should go anti to duality and to reach out when I need to check reality because she also is possessed but sometimes she's not and I am being severely tested by the spirit that only I perceive, it's extremely unclean.

Hope this helps me. I think I have mental illness. I have chronic anxiety . I realise near to the time of my menstruation or when I’m on it gets worse … I get tactile hallucinations , feeling of a presence , hearing noises , feeling like something tugging my clothes slightly pulling them , I also feel like there are bugs on me especially on one side of my eyebrow. I don’t like wearing my glasses as I feel electric feeling on them /touching I have to wear my contact lenses but I still feel same around my eyes , I perceive things as paranormal , for eg I don’t remember when I moved things then I think something else moved it like an entity I get very stressed😢, I don’t remember when I scratched myself then I think what if something else scratched me. The 1st time i listen to this musix , i heard several voices screaming like its hurting, and then my body on the left part suddenly moving involuntary i can't control it, man it's scary! I Listen to this felt some light weightness, i know negative spirits was hiding inside me got disturbed.

Next day i hope the malicious spirit hidden inside me, had attacked me, ( else how can i met with such a dangerous day... I never went into such situvation ever) it had creating difficult situvation for me as a accident( you may feel it as a story but infact it is not bro, my experience ) got severely injured by spine, again same day i got severe burn from a medicine, again went to hospital.
