ОтветитьSomething is wrong with the aging of the human body. So many new, bad developments even when you have been responsible and chosen to live eating healthy and exercising regularly. Out of the blue I now have sleep apnea. No fat neck, ideal weight. Going to start with nose stripes and mouth taping. Not getting surgery. Why does the body slowly turn on the owner as we age? Guess all the pollutants in our water, food, environment, and other life stresses catch up with what was once a properly functioning me.

ОтветитьI was using a cpap for a month and im finally quitting it it had given me soo much anxiety and bad symptoms of aerophagia and i meam bad loss of appetite and dihherea so im hoping to get fitted for a oral appliance because i have severe sleep apnea but i really cant do the cpap im trying other ways and also the whole foam stuff causing cancer and illness with Philips just scares me too much because all cpaps use foam and it will eventually deteriorate and you inhale that nope im good

ОтветитьDoes anyone have the problem that the CPAP and/or mouth appliances have reduced their sleep stoppages to almost nothing, but they are still waking up with their head filled with sand/snow/cotton? If this simply because it takes a while for the brain to adjust to the machine so you wake up with a clear head? Because the machine has its own side effects? Or because of an undiagnosed brain condition in addition to the sleep apnea?

ОтветитьBut you didn’t fix the underlying issue, on why you snore/OSA in the first place which is literally small airway and jaw space. Also this mouth piece holds you jaw in an unnatural position which can cause misalignment of teeth which leads to alot more problems

ОтветитьIts a terrible solution. The doctor did not give him any permanent solution. This video is for promotion for that plastic thing. The main thing is you need to reduce weight and fixing your food habit,routine, eating time. Intermittent fasting along with mild exercise can help you to reduce sleep apnea and snoring problem and offcourse you will sleep well.
