Thinking Grab is even greater perspective today is become ambition but as time goes it become relevant and more accesscible to the others thinking Grab as an OS ( operation system ) as a huge platform .I think the future of Grab will be bright just they had to used how to make people life more easier.

Grab won’t last for long, within next 5 year they will collapse. Why? Just like Uber in SEA. Grab is a third parties taxis services, a lot of rules and commissions issue that the driver not willing to follow. End up they cannot control and they will collapse by other services companies.

For another examples, like Shopee and Lazada, Why they is no global brand selling in their 3rd parties app. Normally are authorised dealer who selling in those app because they know it’s won’t last long in SEA because SEA is not China, everything are restricted and control by the government.

Your co earn ppl's $ 20% of the fare & never hear the passengers n drivers opinion n your department simply ban either party..being a Christian I believe you should do things right &listen to the voice of the drivers that have worked so hard to make ur company to be where you are..you only listen to the passengers side..you should or ur department should not just listen to one side of the story..they nvr check the emails n they hold the drivers $$ do u think is fair. .I just speak on behalf of some friends doing this for a living n some mothers doing partime to earn extras for their children..Initially drivers are paid incentives to airport but now your Co pays for rm65 n no more incentives..ppl work n got jam in the traffic wear n tear just to earn the miserable $$ w/o hearing their reason you just banned the drivers....for goodness sake check wt ur dept n return all monies to those whom the Co owed..some drivers can't write n iliterate they do not know how to send emails..

In my perspective, Grab is a service business utilizing computer programs to support its operation. Grab is not comparable with conventional tech companies whose products are in some way related to technologies.

They grow very big now and doesnt care about their customer anymore, been supporting them in Singapore for so many years since they set foot here but they refuse to help their customer, my request was simple, dont charge my ride to this credit card, charge it to my other credit card and yet they refuse. It is okay, there are many alternative here, will stop using them for all my daily work commute and switch to their competitor...
