Thank you. This cleared up all the questions I had around the esp32. I found all the different dev board names confusing, but now I feel I have all the knowledge needed to more forward and purchase my first board.
Thank you
nice and informative video
ОтветитьGreat tutorial👌
Ответитьwow, this channel is very good place to learn esp32's! Thanks Bill.
ОтветитьHi I really enjoy your content, I am turining 57 in dec and I am looking at keeping my mind sharp so my question is for a newbie to programming & Arduino is there a starting package that you would suggest...
ОтветитьMr Jamshedji, you are such a precious and rich source of inspiration, knowledge and synergy for the whole planet.
We now live in a “da Vinci World of Creativity at Home” created, made possible, and nourished by exceptional tutors like you.
A Chinese proverb says "The flapping of the wings of a butterfly can be felt on the other side of the world", your wings are angel wings.
Your presentations are endless sources of gasoline for the whole planet, gasoline for the mind and soul, the cleanest and most beautiful source of energy on earth.
You are a great teacher easy to follow and understand, I have a question do the esp32 come already flashed from Amazon or do I have to do it, it has been several months since I last play with the old one ,it won't turn some of my relays on,
ОтветитьGood vedio
Ответитьanother great video, thank you
ОтветитьIs it possible to pair an ESP32 with a Windows 11 configured laptop?
ОтветитьHello, using this microcontroller I haven been experiencing some problems, I have so much noise, is there any way to solve this? I am working with current sensors, I measure with the voltimeter the output of the sensor y is stable. Thanks :D
Ответить@Dronebotworkshop help I wanted to make a project with multiple esp32's & want to setup in a way where a esp32 would act as main board & there would be other modules of esp32 connected & want to configure them in a way where i'd upload code to main board & other modules will get the code update which is related to that specific module. Any help would be appriciated.
ОтветитьThank you, gentleman. I am totally stunned at your presentation. Thank you again.
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьThank you for investing your time to explain all these programming details, especially the idea of using ChatGPT for automated code generation. We are truly living through a technological revolution; as a great teacher you're leading the charge for the rest of us!
ОтветитьIs there an ESP32 that has an external antenna other then the CAM version. I'd like to have an external camera but have no need for the camera
ОтветитьThanks, Bill. Your lessons are just amazing, tons and tons of useful information. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge and experience!
ОтветитьMore pronouns plz. 😂
ОтветитьYou must hold the button to upload code? Can that not be turned off? I kinda need that.
Ответитьi like your white hairs !
ОтветитьNo extra charge: learning Sask doesn't observe DST!
ОтветитьMy head hurts, you are a great teacher. I was a hardware engineer for 40 years until I retired. I never had many occasions to work with software . I can write in c+ since I started with ardunio and had to learn. When you start talking about using wifi and Bluetooth I could understand some of the actions but soon fell down the rabbit hole.
Now I must find a good article on both to make the connection between the soft ware and hardware. Just to let you know( you are a great teacher, very concise and thorough)
Price
ОтветитьThanks. do you have a ESP32 S3 I2S project?
Ответитьsuper 🤠
ОтветитьHi Bill,
thanks for this excellent video. It helped me a lot when I started working with arduino and esp chips a few years ago.
But now I work with an IDE version 2.1. And the method to add an esp board to the boards manager is quite different. Is this possibly a topic for you to cover in one of your next videos?
Regards, Dirk
I'm doing project based on esp32 and the project name is "wifi based secured wireless communication using RSA algorithm", The data transfer between two system is encrypted using RSA encryption which is highly secure. I'm finding difficult in coding part could you help me out with any solutions.
ОтветитьMany thanks, a perfect tutorial to get me started with the ESP32. Just a small point, and I am nit picking, but I think the LED about 14 minutes into the video is incorrectly labelled. Looking at an LED you can tell the cathode is the 'cup on a stalk' shape, whilst the anode is the 'vertical stick'. Although the anode is correctly shown with a longer lead, the image of the LED itself is misleading.
ОтветитьThis week on Workshop
ОтветитьThanks for a very timely and well ( as always) explained video!
ОтветитьFirst of all, You are very good at teaching things and explaining on point with every detail. I have a request to make a video on interfacing ESPwroom32 with an Female audio jack for sound output with code
ОтветитьFirst time viewer. Earned a sub here. Like nearly everyone else has said, You are an awesome teacher, accurate and concise. I'm pretty sure I will consume all of your content and will share it with the small hand full of friends I have that will understand. Thank you. If you are ever in the Seattle area, I'd love to buy you a beer.
Ответитьbeautiful
ОтветитьA couple of notes for the complete beginners:
1)The Hall effect sensor will not work at all if the Baud rate is the default value. You must change the Baud rate to 9600.
Values may get as low as -300 or as high as +350. No magnet values are between (30,60) for my board at least.
2) Not all ESP32 modules have an onboard LED (for the blink sketch), mine does not have one and was driving me mad when in fact it was working as it should. So check the serial for the "Hello World".
3) Do not get frustrated if your exact board does not show in the Board Manager. Instead try the "ESP32 Dev Module"
PS. Great video, helped me a lot. Thanks
Thank you so much. Exactly what I needed when I needed it.
ОтветитьDang if I see the link to Git hub espressif arduino esp32. Help me out
ОтветитьI love your content, by which software or platform you use to make circuit diagrams for videos.
ОтветитьI have esp32 v1.0 not showing in the ios device . Anyhelp ?
ОтветитьFrom what I have read about powering the esp32 they suggest you do not use both external 5v-10v and the usb at the same time as this can damage the esp32. You were at roughly 24 minutes into the video where you mentioned external 5v.
ОтветитьThank you for the Tutorial, I have one question I tried connecting my esp32 on 115200 rate but it wont work but it did work on 9600 rate I wonder why sorry I'm only a beginner.
ОтветитьIt seems you can only upload just one sketch per controller. What if you have several microcontrollers connected together on the same board, do you use one sketch or you program the independently to depend on each other?
Ответитьmine isnt blinking :(
ОтветитьThankyou for the intro into esp32
ОтветитьI think that lamp was 100W so the power value was not correct. if you know please reply me.
ОтветитьHi Bill and thanks for the great video!
Congratulations on the clarity that makes the video usable even for non-native English speakers.
I would like to ask if you have thought of making a tutorial on how to use ESP32 to communicate with devices via MODBUS protocol. I am very interested in this area.
Thanks again.
