Tomorrow is my first day of going down to Williston ND for being a rig hand working in the oil feild. I have no idea what to expect. But all i know is that i could kill me. Id never do this in my life at 28 years old but i have 6 children dependent on me and working as a boiler operator in a factory that has the largest boiler system in the Midwest isnt paying the bills anymore. I dont know what to do other than join the wolves. Wish me luck.
Anyone reading this that has doubts of being a provider in life, you will find a way. Just keep your head up and think about others and not yourself as selfish as it may sound.
Take care guys.
As a man who is still learning life this song just hits even tho the song is talking about my mama instead of my father
ОтветитьAt 15 my whole world changed and everyday you labored to keep the wolves away. We never lacked for anything especially your love and protection. Fought for a country you weren't born in and got treated like an immigrant when you weren't one because of the color of your skin. Your soul was set free from the prison of your body at 89 years of age.
As a woman you taught me everything I needed to know to protect myself from this cruel unforgiving world.
I love and I live to HONOR your memory and legacy.
I love I am blessed to have known you and call you,
PAPI.
I love you My father, I miss you everyday of my life.
ОтветитьAnyone that works a lot of hours should listen to this song.
ОтветитьThis song just rips your heart.
Mom died, i was 5.
Never knew my dad. But here i am, still going on at 68.
If i changed any moment in my life, i wouldn't be in this place now.
So, the hard lessons form you and give you strength.
You are the sum of your life experience.
Thank you, God.
Still one of my favorite songs 🔥💯

ОтветитьBadass song
ОтветитьI’m from Freeport, Texas and this song hits home because my dad worked for at the plants as a carpenter for 20 years+. He was also a heavy smoker which mixed with the chemicals, wasn’t good and developed cancer. This song takes me back to the days where he was trying to teach me everything he knew about work. Amazing times back in Brazoria County.
