Oky I have question.. I've been doing hand workouts but instead of slimming I look muscular..I mean my hands are toned but I just look like men .. it's not that I dislike but bcoz I'm very short it just look so weird.. that's why I want to do workout that helps me with actual slim hands and shoulders...is this workout effective for that

ОтветитьGonna update everyday I am doing it for 2 weeks, I have already done 4 days and I am doing it twice a day with one more streching workout
Day 1 ✅ I did exercise after 2 months so i felt a lot relaxed so much that after excercise I just went to sleep
Day 2 ✅ it was easier and felt really good
Day 3✅ my shoulders and back feels so good they are less stiff and my arms were burning 🔥
Day 4✅ my shoulders look a bit less round and my back feels so good 😍
Day 5✅ my upper back is getting straight
Day 6✅it's pretty easy now
Day 7✅my arms look leaner and my back looks more straight
Day 8✅my posture is a lot better
Day 9✅it's so easy now I am having fun while doing it
Day 10✅4 days more to go 😁
Day 11✅my arms looks slimmer not much but it looks slimmer
Day 12✅my collarbones are so defined now i didn't notice first but now they look so defined

My back is so much straighten andy collarbones are so shap now they can cut anything , my posture is improved alot and my shoulders are not stiff anymore they are so much more relaxed.
I totally recommend this
The only thing is that you have to try to be consistent atleast , try to do it daily and i am sure you would get even better results.

これまで首やデコルテが隠れたデザインの服ばかり選んできましたが、そんな自分を変えたくて、結婚式を機に思い切って肩出しのドレスを選びました。
悪あがきと思ってこのストレッチを3ヶ月間毎日続け、初めて自分の鎖骨が見れて、鏡の前で涙が出ました。首も以前より細長くなり、骨格を言い訳にしていた自分を今では馬鹿らしく思います。
本当に感謝です😭

Day 1: It hurts, I can feel the muscle pain in my back and shoulder😅 and im sweating alot!
Day 2: it feels good😮 and ofc no change
Day3: no changes, but I did ate alot from yesterday so I don't know if that's the reason😢
