Time is money and this is how projects should be run
ОтветитьThat just shows in the European countries they just get straight into working instead taking multiple days to do one thing like other countries do
ОтветитьWe need 6 months. Ok, you have until tomorrow morning.
ОтветитьDo you think this project would be acceptable in America like the penalties. I feel nobody would bid and this would go away and it's sad. Construction projects take too long because they are too lean
ОтветитьMan i wanted to see the paving. My understanding is they use rather unique and expensive pavement because the weight of the planes just destroys regular asphalt (we forget there is like 20 tons of weight on a 2x2 foot area under the front wheel). This is one of the more unique and cool videos ive seen in a long time. No one else is showing overnight airport construction on the utube - keep up the creativity! (And again stop lying in your click bait title - i know its a half truth because of your specific wording, but it clearly makes the viewer think they are doing a 10000m section in 8 hours). Take care!
ОтветитьDude - the title should be rebuilding a 100y section of airport at night - over 7 days. Great video either way, but don't build bad habits of lying. Next thing you know you will be the editor for the Washington Post and have to serve 700 years in limbo (or whatever the term is for between heaven and hell... its really early here). Cool you know the names of all the machinery and you did a good job getting me excited too!
Ответитьgot it, if YOU cant overlook something its chaos.
ОтветитьCannot believe the airport let you pave asphalt like that.
ОтветитьI worked on the Stansted project this year with 200 machines and 1500tones of Marshall binder and surface course a night over 100 nights
ОтветитьIt's neither "chaos" or "mayhem", it is the opposite
ОтветитьBeen there done that.
ОтветитьWALO, Eberhard and Implenia are all really big companies with different specialties and seeing the experts coming together like this is pretty amazing. I mean the speed is just insane when you compare it to how long it takes to replace taxiways at the same airport where there is not this kind of time pressure.
Ответитьthe right people, the right machines and the right logistic - nothing is impossible
ОтветитьWhy can't road construction be attacked like this?
ОтветитьGo ahead and send these guys to get going on the US highway system
ОтветитьApa yang anda
fikirkan?
Wow so flipping cool How they transport the excavator
ОтветитьI can't tell you how happy I am to see that Wirtgen is getting some love!
ОтветитьHere in Pennsylvania cherry hill construction a company owned by Tutor Perini had a huge state highway job and completely screwed it up.. they have 31 million in liquidated damages. four years behind schedule and seven years since construction started.Originally bid at $58.7 million, the project has risen to a total of $63.3 million.
ОтветитьWhat education background is needed to run/operate this type of business ?
ОтветитьAsphalt instead of concrete????
ОтветитьEveryone interested in the wheel system they use to transport the CAT 385 and 390. Search for "Sleipner wheels". Pretty common thing, but mostly used in quarrys.
ОтветитьAnd they say we human species are dumb.....nothing but pure miracles we humans can acheive
ОтветитьHow can i get a job like this. I do have HVAC-R schooling.
ОтветитьIs this guy related to the build witty see on helmets? I thought theywere stickers he was given out for his channel
ОтветитьWhat a 💩itty ending I just wish you would have shown us the finished product aka the runway GREAT VIDEO UP UNTIL YOU SAY THATS A WRAP
ОтветитьIf only contractors were fined by the minute on road projects there wouldn't be such long traffic delays
ОтветитьImagine how stressful that is. If two or three things go wrong simultaneously then the entire site comes to a screeching halt
Ответить"Organized chaos"?
ОтветитьIn many ways the Europeans are ahead of us Anglos. It may have looked like chaos from an outsider's view, like an American or an Aussie like me, but I'm sure it was a highly organised and experienced crew who drilled everything down to the minute. This was a real treat to watch.
ОтветитьYour videos are awesome. The only at you edit them is awesome. Really you guys are the best. Can’t believe you don’t have way more subscribers. Love it all. Awesome Job very professional
ОтветитьI literally live in zürich and didn’t know shit about that they did this
ОтветитьAnd Oklahoma can't finish a turnpike in a year 🤣
Ответить5 hours and ur cold and wet. Lol. we deal with that weather all the time. Would of been nice to see final.
ОтветитьQuite the ballet going on out there.
ОтветитьThis crew did more in 5 hours than my city has done in a whole year and a half
Ответитьand after the jobs done they are rewarded with a pizza party
ОтветитьImagine that, work getting done when the penalty for not accomplishing it is to great to accept. Unheard of in the states.
ОтветитьIt truly is amazing what humans can do when they put their minds to it.
ОтветитьWhat the camera and lens?
ОтветитьAbsolutely unreal. The excavator with the little skates on had my jaw on the floor the entire time. So cool
ОтветитьReplacing concrete with asphalt?
ОтветитьAwww couldn’t wait till they finished?
ОтветитьThat's my kind of job site. Those guys are amazing
ОтветитьMy GTA career has me so envious of you my good sir
ОтветитьAs an equipment operator myself I did enjoy seeing a well organized system. Its not often ya get to see that.
