I undergo the pain at the same area whenever I do straight rod curls, even with the lighter weight.
I replaced straight rod with ez-rod now I don't feel pain or if I feel it it is very less.
After 2 months gap I did biceps curls. Obviously I got muscle cramps after that. Pain was for 2 days but on 3rd day when pain was gone I wasn't still able to even do 5kg dumbel curl.. I used to do with 8kg easily before this. But now I can't even pick 3kg.. Surprising factor I don't have pain in my hand anymore..Is this due to forearm fatigue?

ОтветитьBut how to fix this pain? Applying these changes will avoid this pain in future but what about the pain right now I'm having? Any mobility or pain reliving exercise? Please do let us know

ОтветитьI have to do all out hammer curls. I’m assuming I have an injury in my left wrist. I can curl heavier weight, but my wrist won’t let me. Do you have a routine suggestion for those of us that want to build bigger biceps, but can’t build up the weight necessary for it?

ОтветитьI get my sharp pain when I let go of the pull up bar. I love doing pull ups but the older I get the more pain. Ready to give up pupp ups but I really don't want to. What can I do?

I have wrist pain and it is more to the thumb side. I have a regiment of exercises to deal and hopefully cure the issue.
What I am asking of you is a recommendation to get to my biceps, exercise that muscle, with an exercise that leaves the wrists out.
I have stacks and straps and an array of equipment and attachments....
Would like some ideas....thanks.

ОтветитьI get pain on the top of my arm on the opposite side which only hurts when I twist my left wrist.
I also get grinding sounds from my left elbow when doing curls, no pain though.

ОтветитьI totally get that the solution would be to lower the weight or to simply stick to hammer curls or ez bad curls, but what is the long term solution? Any mobility exercises we can do? It upsets me because bicep curls have been my forever favorite workout, boasting my strict form and all of a sudden boom ulnar wrist pain legit out of no where. I hardly ever curled over 25lb but now I can barely curl 15s without pain, very weird

ОтветитьTFC issues uses to be a problem untill I switched from a barbell to an ez curl bar. I found dumbells a nice compliment as well but straight bar curls are a no go anymore. As always, Jeff's content and knowledge is second to none!!
ОтветитьI broke my distal radius in my left wrist 3 months ago, and I can do all other weight machines and exercises without pain, except a bicep curl. I can even do push ups again. The spot you explained that hurts the most for me is spot on. I did not break my ulna, but that is the last part that still hurts for me. I can do it with lower weight, like you said. However, I still cannot hold my hand out straight. I am trying to go 5lbs higher and cannot do it yet. I will keep working at the lower weight and hopefully will make it back fully soon.

ОтветитьI get this on my pinky side when using the cable tower for the biceps, idk if that is the correct name. Sadly I twist my wrists slightly and it always starts to hurt when I get to my last set, and I'm only doing 10-12kg can someone help me?

Ответитьrecently starting doing some light deadlifts to get back into lifting dont have the energy for a lot but one exercise is easy to start with and to save space ive been using a ez curl for them and recently started getting wrist pain after this vid thinking it may be the bar @ATHLEAN-X™
