How to Change Text Color of PDF document in Adobe Acrobat Pro

Sorry I haven't got a clue what you're doing. This did not help me at all.

I have 12 pages and numerous text boxes, I want to change EVERYTHING TO RED, ON ALL PAGES... Thats what I'm looking for a GLOBAL color change...

Do you know of a way of turning the text clear in Acrobat Pro DC? It use to be a feature in Acrobat X but still can't find out how to turn text clear in DC.

But why does the text rearrange itself? How do I change colors without other formats being changed?
