How to install macOS Big Sur on unsupported Macs without USB! (2007-2013)

when im holding option/alt when rebooting it just restarts my computer it dont show up with that screen

Can anyone help me? I tried to boot into the disc menu after i pressed reboot and made sure to hold alt like in the video.Still i couldnt get into that menu no matter how much i tried redoing it

If you have any Mac OS officially supported uptil mojave you can use Orion browser which is very good up to date and is based on safari , or you can use dos dude Catalina patcher and get your Mac up to Catalina then use Orion no need to go to higher versions of Mac , because the heat build up is insane and the battery drains too much.

I had a stubborn 3,1 with no boot screen that challenged me.
I used your method, shut down the computer, took out all drives, booted and flashed the NVRAM and then rebooted it and it installed automatically.
