Just a quick note, if else as an expression returns last line in the block as value.

So, if (sentence) will be there, in case of else IF and In case of if
But, not in case of Else.

the thing u did in kotlin , assigning var using if else, can also be done in java using ternary operator but the syntax ..... like x=10; y = 10; String result = x>y?"Greater": x<y?"Less":"Equal";
