Surviving Lebanon!! Extreme Middle Eastern Food!!

As an Asian guy, in my 30 years, I never really understood middle east culture nor cared to, however in this food video summed up the history, culture, economy, politics and food far better than any news or history channel. I can now finally confidently and accurately pinpoint on the world map and know where Lebanon is located, residing between Syria, Jordan, and Israel. I can imagine going back centuries and during the holy crusade, other than the wars, fighting, and pillaging, I can imagine the foreigners stopping by and trying out the local food and going back to their home country and telling the home folks, you got to try this stuff. Lebanon is definitely strategically placed as the culture and food export.
