Next play through will pick Alien dna, dream home and introvert and on very hard level because game is so easy on normal skill level.

Wanted was nice because I had space battles spawn much more frequently making it easier when leveling those skills. At first bounty hunters show up on foot but that stopped early on.

Not enough people are coming back to this. I started a new playthrough and went with Extrovert, Dream Home, and UC. Knowing the ramifications of NG+, or at least understanding that you can't take stuff with you, but you'll have the same optional traits? My build was designed to give me a solid platform at every new game, but the advantages can be felt throughout the whole thing.

My parents are dead I really don’t see the appeal of turning that trait on

That said, I kind of like having him around when I'm exploring. If he gets to be too much, I can just stow him away on my ship and take someone else.

If you want some better decorating options you won't have everything at hand when you get your first house you need to research 3 tiers of decorations on the computer but need the outpost engineering skill for rank 2 and 3 you can also get some posters unlock s by doing select side quests in the game.

I took the hero one, but dennied the fan from joining my crew, hopping that down the line ill get better fans maybe some girls, but never happen, how can I find the fan back? xD

The faction leader for the house of varuun is unlocked through the vanguard quest after the horrormorphs attack the city I believe. That was when I gained access to the Varuun building.

In all honesty, the Introvert trait along with the Isolated perk means you do a ridiculous amount of damage on your own. Its perfect for a lone wolf playthrough.

You meet your parents in other places as well. I met them looking over the little zoo in Akila. They also give a nice new ship, and even gran gran's old space suit with legendary specs.

I was gifted a whole ship after my father "won" it somewhere. So it is definitely worth keeping them

I don't get it, the house is 99% useless, why would you ever want it? Build an outpost and play house in instead, that works better the way the game is designed. Couldn't be bothered to watch anything more when the first advice is this bad.

Also for the dream home you can press the thermostat(i think that is what it is) and decorate from there

There is a secret entrance with a whole quest for the varun house but it’s part of the main quest I think cause yes it’s closed but because everyone left the embassy and you get to walk through it if you find the entrance.

for parents traits, its 2% or 500$, whichever is the least amount. i have about 350k, which would make 2% about 7000 a week, but i pay 500

First wrong choice seems to be to buy the game.

Where does the adoring fan go if i initially declined to recruit him? I would get him now that i have room on my ship if i knew where he was.

Kid stuff.. your parents give you a ship. Nit a bad one either. Im not sure if anything is beyond that, but thats definitely worth the 500 every week.

They fit my explorer character and I'm happy with my choices, yet so far I haven't run into any bounty hunters for my Wanted trait

Probably been said, but to get into house varrun embassy its to do with a certain quest

I picked hero worship kid stuff and taskmaster the hero worship just sounded good someone who worships and lets you know all the time as you can also get him as a crew mate rite away while talking to him. The kid stuff i just like the parent thing i saw you could cancel it but it just did not feel rite so would not touch it lol with task master you get a a chance a crew member can instantly repair a bit of your ship and i think other stuff but they cost double to hire.

To access the house varuun embassy just join the vanguard and play through their sotry missions. Eventually they give you a key to get in. I wont spoil anything though

What happens after removing alien dna? Can you pick another trait or would i just be left with 2 traits ?

I accidently skipped traits, reloaded, decided I didn't want any, reloaded what I had made, and then kept going

Dream Home is one of the worst traits. There's never any reason to go to your home, when you always have a ship with you, and NG+ deletes everything you've built and puts you back in debt.

Wanted is one of the best. The damage bonus is nice, but the real benefit is having bounty hunters show up and give you free xp and loot. You also get dialogue options, which can be fun.

I got neon rat, bounty hunter, and wanted as my traits as I’m trying to be the best bounty hunter their ever was!

I got a couple pirates trying to raid me cuz I had a bounty on my head. Felt so better, trust me. I would definitely recommend having the wanted perk as it will spice things up in this huge open world.

There is also another penthouse u can purchase when u go speak to the bartender at the club near neon city.. really interesting how some of these penthouses are hidden in plain sight.

I chose ‘wanted’ so the bounty hunters would show up as free loot drops.
