i do not have a dominated foot to jump off i just jump off the foot that come first cause i use different types of start off when running when i jump off my left jump far but then i use my right i kinda shuffle my jump but then get pretty far with it two but the shuffling sometimes mess me up i wonder how i can fix it

This is my first year in track and in triple I'm jumping 35ft almost 36

My daughter is a freshmen in high school and broke the school record of 33ft5in. In practice she jumps around 36ft but she keeps injuring herself. We are from southern Illinoi and don't have access to the best of the best instructers or spellers. Today my daughter increased her 400 time by 3 seconds she ran a 59. Would like the same opportunities as other great atheletes.

I m having trouble with my cycle in the hop...i can jump 11m with normal hop but i know i can hop further if i cycle but i am having trouble with it...any suggestion?

Someone wanna tell me how to not get shin splints from triple jump..

my pr is 37' 3" , but I know i can do better but my phases are messed up because my first phase my anchor leg is bent and my second phase isnt good at all.

I'm 14 and jumping 8m 35 in triple jump so hoping I get better and take the event further
