I have a question. Is this No Contact Combat an integral part of Systema curriculum? Do all instructors of Systema teach it? I have seen Mr. Ryabko and Mr. Vasiliev use is also. If yes, at what level is it attained. Can a beginner do it or is it an advanced training? I sincerely would like to know. If you could answer this for me, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
