high is where i can stand with 30 fps and med is limit when its 60 fps , well technically it's not 'limit' but on full setting it basically becomes a induction cooker

You've actually done it wrong, you need to relaunch the game after every grafic change in order to apply each change (the game is even warning you to do that), from your video I can clearly see that you didn't do it, (this is only for the mobile version of course)
