Sir... your tutorials are amazing! The only problem I ran into was the 1st one I right clicked with empty hand, but then broke it, rebuilt, and then it wouldn't work unless I had a slimeball in hand. I'm sure that's my modpack screwin with me.

what I love about create is that it takes no fuel for most things, but most importantly it makes the whole world more "alive", big huge bulky factories that and stuff. I love it!

I've been searching around and can't seem to find an answer... I have no problem setting up a windmill, and, like you, I have a windmill tower.. Everything looks great, except that it spins REALLY FAST... now, this is good for power/torque... but it looks silly. Is there anyway to slow the animation of the windmill itself down without losing power?

thanks for that i was using water to make power and it give 6 rpm and and 600 stress and now it give 8000 stress and 126 rpm

I got a question that I can't see an obvious answer for on neither curse forge or anywhere else about the windmill..
Is there a way to remotely turn the windmill on and off? For cases where I really don't need it to rotate and generate power, but don't want to go up several blocks up my windmill tower to manually turn it on and off all the time.

bruh I looked up a tutorial for a windmill before I watched this and I accidentally built the same windmill lol

You can also have a sail frame windmill, but sail frames can be very dangerous, these can cause a very huge drop in the frame rate with shaders, and these can cause a large lags with shaders, so yes, I know using sail frame instead of wools, to make a small laggy windmill is stupid, but if you are going to make a sail frame windmill, then do not run these with shaders, otherwise you'll have your world lagging very hard.

i really don't get what im doing wrong, i put down the thing and the slime thing and built a windmill thing but when i put a lever or anything on it doesn't work

is it possible to activate the spinning thingy from, inside? like for instance someone happened to, i dont know, make there house spin around and they want to make it spin from inside? how would they do that

I'd recommend doing a 1:2 gear ratio down at the base, let's say you have 2000 stress units at 10 rpm, if you connect a large gear to the shaft of the windmill and a small for the output to machines, you'll have 1000 stress units at 20 rpm.

This is how it works in real life, I'm not sure for the mod though
