Thank you for your help and sharing these tips! I have the same curve as you are showing however my left hip raises up and is higher than my right. Do you know why that would be?

Sounds good on paper. I haven’t met a spinal specialist who holds out any hope for me stretching my way back to normal. Can you show me a person who after being disabled by Scoliosis, is now back to normal via this method? Because I’ve given up being able to live a normal life again. I’m quite twisted: walking is difficult, so is sleeping; normal daily tasks like standing more than 5 minutes have become very difficult. Maybe you’ll understand my skepticism. I am open minded — I don’t have the luxury to be any other way.

I have a 37 degree scoliosis since 5 years and have been handling it ever since with gymnastics, stretching and exercises like this. With success so far. I do agree with most of your exercises but I’ve got one question. Don’t you have to rotate the scoliosis’ lumbal part into the opposite direction? Makes no sense to me why you have to de-rotate the upper body at the twisted (right) side and why you have to de-rotate the lower body at the untwisted (again right) side. Shouldn’t you also de-rotate the twisted side (left) there?
Greetings

Why can’t I find a doctor that will give me exercises or physical therapy like this? To fix the root of my problems. Scoliosis sucks and it seems like the recommended treatment is always just ablation for the pain or wait till you blow your discs and then surgery.

Diagnosed with mild scoliosis age 8. Was given a series of stretches similar to these shown here and was able to halt and reverse the twist.

I have 28° and a 30° curves just like the one you showed my doctor said that nothing would help no excersise no sleeping positions no physical therapy nothing and if it got worse surgery is the only solution are these going to help fix my scoliosis? if yes what can I use instead of weights? and what movements can worsen scoliosis so I can avoid them? I really hope these work and thank you 😊

Hi Ed, the protocol and sequence in the video, is it for Levoscoliosis or Dextroscoliosis? I assume depending on which one this protocol caters for, one would need to reverse this protocol if the have the other? Hope it makes sense. Thanks

Sir you have the most "Yeah man, shit happens, here's the solution" kinda energy ever haha I felt very at ease while watching this video, I didn't feel like there's something wrong with me. I felt very understood. I used to be a taekwondo player and then suddenly I found out I had this thing going on, the doctors told me they had no idea what was causing it to happen. I left taekwondo a while back and I've been trying to find ways to help this become atleast better. Thank you so much for the video, you explained it so easily and simply.

This guy is great. I lost his channel and now I found it again. I'm so happy, and of course, start doing these exercises every day

Also, do you think it's possible to substitute the elastic band for some dumbbell for the strengthening exercise for the right obliques? And maybe substitute the ankle band for some ankle weight? Because I don't really know how to tie and work with elastic bands, the way I manage to do it seems too improvised 😅

According to signs and symptoms I seem to have this type of scoliosis but a chiropractor told me my right leg is shorter due to some misalignment in my right ankle. So does this foot arrangement that you present here still apply to me then? I want to thank you so much for this video, after only one day of doing these exercises (I did them 3 times in one day) my left shoulder which was rotated to the right seems to have gotten back in place, it's unbelievable!!! This was such a nuissance for years for me, I had such a strong feeling of asymmetry because of this shoulder! Of course I keep doing the exercises daily as much as possible, but just wanted to stress how much impact they had on my shoulder at least just after one day!! I'm 34 and I discovered my scoliosis in adolescence, but my guess is it dates far back than that.

I went to a non-surgical orthopedic dr. The mri radiologist report said scoliosis. Who/what dr should determine what kind/cause it’s caused by?

Is the left of your diagram that says length the concave side or side the spine has pulled away from? I have a c-curve. What’s the difference in treatment by a physiotherapist v physical therapist?
