And I think Google is the biggest platform for. scammers that Google is not doing enough. to try to remove scammers especially With the Google guarantee services and all these programs they keep trying to create. I mean they're doing some. But not enough and honest businesses are being affected by it. and not being able to survive in the business So yes, it is horrible that Google is the most powerful. Search engine in the world. And I think it's a big mistake for the economy

LSA Ads are coming to the map and I think google's only direction is "pay to play". Google has eaten the entire search market and most of the ad market, the only way they can keep shareholders happy is to jack up ad prices and make everything become a pay service or they aren't "growing" but the truth is there is nowhere left to grow. They are going to get nasty and greedy and then they may get smashed as a monopoly or dissolved by AI - 2025 is going to be very interesting. If you think things are bad on GBP and maps, look at the click fees for PPC ads, they have minimums that are very high, even for your own brand searches. They are begging for disruption unfortunately.

It’s shocking how many businesses they have suspended. I haven’t sent my video yet. I keep meaning to, but have been preoccupied with running my business. Who has the time to shoot these videos, only for them to be rejected, often without a clear reason? Madness!

Unfortunately we went back and forth with Google for MONTHS over a legit local business.. just terrible.

They also get involved in politics and are one sided.

As a realtor I'm not getting as many calls. Agents are just spending more money in non local areas just to get the referral. To many agents and more cost. They took away the chat. Some of the rural areas are not on the service area maps.

Man they shutdown my business listing for no reason. And just before that they removed my url from the listing at least 4 times this year. Pain in the ass dealing with them. Too slow getting things fixed. No phone numbers to directly call. Google maps is the only thing they really got. It would be nice to see someone who cares more about businesses and people and wants to make a move and take over.

Google has become a big yellow pages, valuable content is overgrown by paying ads and by sites that historically have many backlinks. These historic sites don't even bother to take care of the prescribed elements and alts. They have enough backlinks....

I am managing 45 Google Business profiles and suddenly ine business group suddenly vanished moreover one business was completely deleted from Google maps and nobihas an answer. Tried contacting them and till date they have not answered or if they answer they will provide you links to Google support page's. Its really frustrating 😮
