Can you provide an alternative to skull crushers with one dumbbell? It’s literally impossible for me to hold the dumbbell with two hands… It would be nice if we could see your hand placement but we never get to see that… I have small hands also but I just can’t figure out how you are doing it because it hurts or just doesn’t feel good… If you can’t provide an alternative maybe just actually show your hand placement?

give it 3 days.,.. good instructions.. but.. know at first its gonna feel wierd and your gonna be all off balance.. think of it foreal.. your that off balance.. and not even basic fitness. we should all do this daily to stay balanced and fit..

Wow! The 3-set moves worked me down! Just like many others on this thread, had to perform the finisher from the knees. Got a feeling the ole arms are gonna be a little sore after this one. Great workout!!

Tried to do this workout a month ago and had to stop because it was way too hard. I've been doing Caroline's workouts ever since, and today I made it all the way through!!! Thank you for this feeling of accomplishment!!

I physically can’t do push-ups at the end 😭✋🏼 My arms don’t have the strength for that 😭✋🏼 But i got the rest done 😅

That finisher was a total killer!!! The wide and the standard push-ups were quite ok, but the triceps push-ups... What a shame!!! I barely could perform 2 or 3 correct reps and at some point I couldn't even do them with my knees on the floor because my arms seemed like jelly. 😅😅😅 Still I went for the 4x4 add-on afterwards. What an awsome upper body combination!!!

The second time around, upped my weights and used 2x17kg dumbbells and 2x10kg dumbbells, unlike the first time, where I struggled with 15 kg dumbbells and even 7.5kg dumbbells. Gains people gains, and my hard work is paying off. As Caroline says, you do you and that is exactly what I have been doing, pushing harder and not forgetting to listen to my body. 💪💪

I've lifted in the past, pretty seriously, mainly the whole of my 40's. In my 50's it was Beachbody Insanity and Max 30 but last year my body was telling me all this jumping around was getting harder. I'm now 61 and came back to weights when I found you Caroline. Started doing Epic and halfway through switched to Iron. I"m on my first round but don't keep to the schedule as I also like walking the Scottish mountains so I need a rest in between, especially leg days. How I'm loving lifting those weights again. My muscle memory from my 40's has bounced back pretty well and it's great doing this at home with you and the community. Thank you so much for your videos. I just need to get more dumbells as I'm working with two adjustable 10kgs at the moment. xx

note to myself for future use: alright, c'est un bon, t'es couchée pas mal tout le long. je sens mes triceps en tabarouette. Genre le finisher j'ai pas été capable de le faire
