I credit the difference to his acting ability. Another touching performance by the mother. Unfortunately I don’t know her real name. She looks to be 65, possibly 70. I have misjudged ages here before, pegging the 41 year old Olena Kurta as playing 55 to 60.

I am undecided on the daughter. She emphatically shows no redeeming characteristics. I do want to see at least some good in every character. Perhaps she could play a different character in a future episode.
