Team SPIRIT vs HELLRAISERS - TI CHAMPIONS - DPC EEU REGIONAL FINALS - WINTER TOUR 2022 DOTA 2

It's all about preparation. This is my analysis on the game. I'd appreciate any criticism as I love the game of dota and I wanna improve.

Spirit won TI. All teams out there including HR did nothing but watch and study their gameplay. learning their play patterns and comfort heroes and their map movements.

Team Spirit is currently the best team, but It's hard, maybe even impossible to prepare for every single team out there.

Kudos to HR for game 1, by taking magnus, mars, willow and bane while banning the rest of the comfort heroes. They practically made sure that Team spirit will be playing heroes they don't practice a lot.
Especially fighting with a team you haven't practiced with and know very little about. They made it hard for spirit to find they stride.

I guess the pro teams realized that it's really hard to draft against yatoro who has a wide hero pool so they banned only PA for him. so instead, they drafted against the everyone else. taking willow and bane from the supports drafting strongly against collapse by taking away his signature heroes mars and magnus.



2nd game was where we see Spirit, exploit a weakness in HR's draft. They lacked disables. Every single hero in spirit has at least 1 disable, they knew that they can win the game by small skirmishes. they picked off hero after hero without fear of retaliation, without a disable they were almost certainly able to get away after picking up a kill.
Kudos to them for abusing this.

Game 3, we can definitely see HR prepared their bout with the champs, not only did they study the drafts, they even studied their movements as well, they had a good grasp of whatever spirit was doing at any given time. I've never seen anyone play against spirit like that,

but then again, I've never seen spirit lose a series at all until this game.



all teams focus on team spirit now, but spirit can't focus on all teams.
That's the burden of being a TI winner.

a burden that only OG has been able to overcome so far.

Never heard of this team even each of their players but damn they played so well and the synergy congrats to this underdog team u guys have potential 👍

Mars mid is strong with a tanky playmaker at mid plus magnus! I would love to see dark seer plus magnus combo!

People saying Team Spirit is losing their edge. And underdogs gonna win more. Well to be honest guys, it isn’t because team spirit became bad or other teams just becomes better it more of a “burden of status”. People on the top (in this case TI winners) tend to be be watched by everyone. People study them, people look for mistakes, habits, desynchronization and etc. Teams see TI winners as the final boss and everyone (literally) does their best to outsmart them. TI winners in the other hand has to be prepared to beat like a hundred teams each with their own unique synergy and playstyle. Can you do that? Realistically you can’t, that is why most TI winners just do their best and hope that they can still win through skills and experience despite the odds. You can see it in the game in this video. TS pinging that theres probably a ward here even though it was a blind arrow by the Mirana ( shows that TS did not properly studied the gameplay of each players, and it’s not their fault. It is hard, unrealistically hard to do that).
The great thing about the two time champion OG is that they specialize in psychological warfare where they destroy the enemy mindset and forcing titling behaviors (which was honestly effective) combined with their own untiltiness and skills made the greatest team in dota history.

Im just amazed at yatoros composure. Still calling himself god after all this time. And willow+magnus+mars is just nasty.
