Funtime Foxy can mimic voices and in UCN we hear her mimic a voice of a ringmaster ("show times are on the hour not a minute befor and note a minute later, it's time to take your final bow")
Either The Funtimes Animatronics exist in the 70's or the voice came from a recorded tape from that time
