How can I update pending international pending transfer

Sometimes one has to send emergency but it will take 3 days or more. Is this emergency or what ???? One can be admitted in hospital he should wait for 3 days ???????

Worst app for real .everytime sysem not available or transaction pending even after resolving the transaction,too many personal queries.Better update this app or else u going to loose many more customers .I will never recommend this app to anyone 👎👎👎👎

If u send money to PAKISTAN thru URPAY it has 99.99% chance to hold ur money
Even though u have a 100% accuracy
& this was the reason i have Deleted permanently my URPAY wallet

I have 2 pending international wallet transaction pending since 1st July and 3 August. I had tried many times on filling this form but unfortunately it's failed. There are 2 Bugs in this urpay form (1) date of birth keep refreshing after few seconds it automatically comes to 2023 and if succeed in filling date of birth then another bug will appear when you click on next the whole form refreshed and you have to fill form again and again. Totally waste of time, and even opening ticket with helpline is useless. My suggestion to all don't use international wallet at all otherwise you will lost your money. Thanks

whenever i send money through urpay, it takes 3 days to get money, it is better stc pay than urpay, sometimes it sends in emergency then 3 days money send urpay send money It is resolved after 24 hours, after resolving it takes 24 to 72 hours to get the money.

Worst decision I use this application but I will stop to use and avoiding to all others.
Urpay Management and application of transfer money to your home they are playing your money maximum days after delivered. Better don’t take risk such a cash back or small any benefit send other reliable channels like fawri/Rajhi.

I made international transfer on 31/03/2022 . But not credited by beneficiary account . App showing processing till the date of 11/04/2022

sending international money transfer sen last 1month processing

I have transferred money on 25 March..The App is showing transaction processing. There is no response from the customer care.

Why don't you ask the details to enter before transaction, then customer can decide we can do transmission or not with this application, but you are doing some kind of cheating with customers, by making transaction then hold their money, force to enter their more personal, even already you enough information to send to the receiver,
But no other bank will ask like these details birth date ,birth place , grand father name for both sender and receiver.
This application such worst crap .👎
